By accessing and using Sentinel's platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permitted Use
You may use Sentinel for legitimate business purposes related to hospitality operations management.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Sentinel for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Service Availability
99.9% Uptime
We guarantee high availability of our services.
Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance with advance notice.

24/7 support for Enterprise customers.
4. Data and Privacy
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you provide to Sentinel. We do not claim ownership of your business data.

5. Payment Terms
Billing
Fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Price Changes
We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
6. Limitation of Liability
Important Notice
Sentinel's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
By Us
We may terminate your account if you violate these terms or for other reasons with 30 days' notice.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ghent, Belgium.
